1. Who Can Use AmoraAI (Age Limit)
AmoraAI is intended only for adults aged 18+. Some characters and conversations may include
mature themes not suitable for minors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AmoraAI.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
If you believe a minor has used AmoraAI, please contact us at
support@amoraai.live so we can remove the account
and related data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect different types of information depending on how you use AmoraAI.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account & Profile Data: When you sign up or log in, we may collect your email address,
display name/username, basic profile information from your sign-in provider (e.g., Google), and
optional details you choose to share (such as avatar or preferences).
Chat Content: When you chat with AI characters, we process and store:
your messages, AI replies, selected character, chat IDs, timestamps, and message counts.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (real names, addresses, financial/health data) in chat.
Purchase & Subscription Data (when payments go live):
If you buy a Character Pass or subscription, we may store:
plan type, unlocked characters, subscription status, transaction ID, amount, currency,
and renewal dates. Full card/UPI details are handled by payment providers, not by us.
Support & Communication: If you contact us, we collect your email, name (if provided),
and the content of your message so we can respond and keep a record of support.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, pages visited,
actions taken, timestamps, and error logs. This helps us secure and improve the platform.
Usage Data: Which characters you view, when you open galleries, feature usage, time spent
on specific sections, and general interaction patterns (aggregated where possible).
2.3 Cookies, Local Storage & Similar Technologies
To keep you logged in and remember your session.
To store free-message counters, daily bonuses, and gallery unlock status.
To remember your preferences (language, character selections, UI settings).
To support basic analytics and ad-related features.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may break some features
(such as login persistence and message limits).
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate AmoraAI: Enable guest and logged-in chat, character browsing,
gallery viewing, message limits, daily bonuses, and unlock logic.
To power AI chat: We send your messages securely to AI model providers (via APIs such as
OpenRouter) so they can generate responses based on your input and the selected character persona.
To manage accounts and plans: Create and manage your account, keep track of your free usage,
Character Pass unlocks, and subscription status once payments go live.
To show ads & measure performance: Display ads to free-tier users, control ad frequency,
and measure ad performance in aggregated form.
To improve and secure AmoraAI: Monitor errors, prevent spam and abuse, and analyze usage
to improve characters, UI, and performance.
To communicate with you: Send account-related messages (verification, security alerts,
policy changes) and reply to your support requests. We may also send optional product updates
or offers, which you can opt out of.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your personal data based on:
Contract: To provide the service you requested (account, chat, subscriptions).
Legitimate Interests: To secure and improve AmoraAI, prevent abuse, analyze usage, and support ad-based free tiers.
Consent: For certain cookies, analytics, or marketing where required by law.
Legal Obligations: To keep certain transaction or tax records as required.
5. Ads & Analytics
AmoraAI may show ads to free users and some paid tiers, depending on your plan. Ad networks and
analytics tools may collect:
IP address, browser, device type, and general location (e.g., country/region).
Cookie or advertising identifiers.
Information about ad views and clicks.
This helps us keep a free tier sustainable. Higher plans like Chat Plus or All Access are designed
to reduce or remove ads from the chat experience, but some background analytics may still run to
keep the service secure and functioning.
6. Payments & Subscriptions (Future Behaviour)
When payment features go live (e.g., Character Pass, Chat Plus, All Access), transactions will be
processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your full card/UPI details or CVV.
We receive limited data such as transaction ID, amount, currency, and status.
We use this data to activate or manage your plan and unlocks.
You will always see which payment provider is used and can review their Privacy Policy and
Terms on their checkout page.
7. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share data with trusted service providers (under strict agreements) who help us with:
hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, analytics, ads, and payment processing.
We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights,
users, or the security of the platform.
In case of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), your data may be transferred
as part of that transaction. We will inform you if this happens.
8. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion where needed for security or legal reasons.
Chat History: Stored as part of your account history unless you delete it (subject to technical limits). Aggregated, anonymized data may be kept longer.
Payment & Subscription Records: Retained for the duration required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Guest Data: Typically stored via local storage and short-term logs and may be kept for a shorter duration.

AmoraAI uses cloud providers (such as Firebase/Google Cloud and AI API providers) that may
process data in multiple countries. This means your information may be transferred outside your
country, including to locations with different data protection laws.
Where legally required, we use safeguards such as contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms to
help protect your data when it is transferred internationally.

systems.

details safe, using unique passwords, and logging out on shared devices. If you believe your
account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
